Brazoria County Judge Matt Sebesta named chairman of statewide committee of counties

Brazoria County Judge Matt Sebesta was named chairman of the Texas Conference of Urban Counties, a committee made up of 34 counties in the state, according to a press release sent out by Brazoria County.

The committee advocates for county government issues, works to develop programs that generate savings and provides educational opportunities, according to the release.


As chairman, Sebesta will preside over the meetings of the board of directors, according to the release.
