After operating in Cinco Ranch for seven years, Michael Guevara, founder of The Conservatory of Music Cinco Ranch, decided to bring the tutelage of his instructors to north Katy with a new facility in August.
"Our Cinco Ranch location is doing very well, but people will only travel so far for your services that's what prompted us to open up over here," Guevara said. "We saw an opportunity on the north [side of Katy] to continue to help children explore music."
Children and adults can now receive training from 30 qualified music instructors in weekly 30-minute classes, Guevara said.
