New Caney ISD Job Fair

During NCISD’s annual Teacher/Professional Career Fair, district leaders will search for employees in a variety of positions for the 2025-26 school year, which begins Aug. 6. Attendees will be able to shoot a historical black powder musket or rifle and throw a tomahawk at this event, which will also feature a raffle and silent auction. Proceeds from this inaugural fundraiser will help support Revolutionary Education, a nonprofit that offers immersive experiences about American history to both educate and entertain children. Lunch is included in ticket price.

Church Block Party

See Puro Zarpazo—a Spanish-speaking, five-member band—perform live at The Food Zone 1314, while enjoying food from a variety of dining options. The food truck park hosts 23 trucks offering cuisine such as burgers, tacos, bubble tea and hot chicken.Next To Nowhere Pop Up Market
