Construction on the Arbor Rose at Porter apartment complex is now officially complete. The property is home to 276 units across 13 buildings.
Coming soon
An estimated opening date for the Territory at Porter, a 342-unit apartment complex, has been set for Sept. 22, 2027. The complex is currently under construction and was first announced in March.
Another milestone is approaching for the East Montgomery County Improvement District’s convention center as the building’s parking garage nears completion. Construction on the 210,000-square-foot convention center kicked off in March and is expected to wrap up late this year.
Relocations
The Avenue Church, which has held services in New Caney for the past eight years, moved to a new location in Splendora on Jan. 18. The Avenue Church is now holding services in Splendora at 9 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. every Sunday.
In the news
In mid-February, a remodel of the Tractor Supply Co. location in Porter is expected to begin. The renovation will expand the store’s sales floor for more products and space between departments.
