An estimated opening date for the Territory at Porter apartment complex has been set for Sept. 22, 2027, a spokesperson for real estate development firm Dhanani Private Equity Group confirmed via email Jan. 14. The complex will include 342 units.

As previously reported by Community Impact, Territory at Porter will feature:
  • A fitness center
  • A resort-style pool
  • A dog park with a pet drinking fountain
  • A clubhouse with work spaces, a billiards lounge, yoga spaces, a pingpong table and more
  • A pickleball court
  • Fire pits
The complex is currently under construction and was first announced in March.
