Construction on the Arbor Rose at Porter apartment complex is now officially complete, a company spokesperson confirmed via email Jan. 14. The property is home to 276 units across 13 buildings.

As previously reported by Community Impact, the apartment complex features:

One-, two- and three-bedroom units
A dog park
A gym
A walking trail
Pickleball facilities
A putting green
Barbecue stations

Construction on Arbor Rose at Porter began in January 2024, while the first phase of leasing kicked off in mid-September, as previously reported by Community Impact.
