About the project
According to the release, the project will widen Plum Grove Road from two to four lanes from the Grand Parkway to about one-third of a mile north to the primary entrance to The Trails, a new community by Castle Hill Partners. The project will also include the installation of traffic signals, the addition of a dedicated turn lane and landscaping.
The project is expected to take 12-18 months to complete, per the release.

In the first phase of new home sales, The Trails is a 1,373-ace master-planned community that will feature more than 2,000 homesites and a slate of amenities upon build-out. Per the release, home prices start in the $260,000s, and builders include:Quote of note
