A joint project between the city of Humble and Jackson-Shaw development was delayed due to permitting, according to Grant Pearson, vice president of development at Jackson-Shaw. The project will expand Rankin Road between Hwy. 59 and the Union Paci fic Corp. railroad tracks from a two to four-lane road and add a raised median.
