Rosati’s Pizza will open a new location in August at 25661 Hwy. 59 N., Kingwood. The Chicago-based brand specializes in thin-crust and deep-dish pizzas. The menu also features chicken wings, pastas, salads, desserts, beer, wine and mixed drinks.

Owned by local franchisees Calvin Dodson and Darren Frankenberger, the eatery is replacing Fuji Japanese Steakhouse and Sushi off Northpark Drive. The restaurant chain has more than 200 locations nationwide, with one already in Cypress and another aimed to open soon in The Woodlands area on FM 1488, according to the website. www.rosatispizza.com
