Montgomery County has more physicians and registered nurses per 100,000 residents than nearby Harris County, according to 2019 data from Texas Health and Human Services. The county also improved its statewide ranking, total number of physicians and registered nurses, and physicians and registered nurses per 100,000 residents between 2018-19.
