At the upcoming Oct. 12 and Oct. 13 regular, workshop and special Tomball ISD meetings, the TISD board of trustees will review topics such as priorities for the 90th Texas Legislature, 2026-27 Campus Improvement Plans, and TISD’s 2025-26 Accountability Report.

At the Oct. 12 workshop meeting, TISD Chief Academic Officer Michael Webb will present the 2026-27 Campus Improvement Plan, the 2025-26 Accountability Report, the Emergent Bilingual program evaluation and an update on the Tomball Virtual Academy of Cybersecurity.
As previously reported, TISD has begun planning to create a virtual academy for students to earn a certificate in cybersecurity. The campus accountability report and improvement plan will address the success and setbacks the district has faced this past year in light of recently released TEA test scores and campus grades.
On Oct. 13, the board will hold a special meeting detailing priorities for the district before the upcoming 90th Texas legislative session. The purpose is for the board to establish the specific needs of the district as it goes to the legislative session to advocate for its students and administration.
