Humble ISD will host a job fair for auxiliary positions on July 24 from 10 a.m.-2p.m. at West Lake Middle School, located at 11810 Madera Run Parkway, Atascocita.
The specifics
The district is seeking applicants for the child nutrition, transportation, technology and police departments. Each of the open positions require a high school diploma or GED.
- Police officer: $61,206-$88,038 annual salary commensurate with experience; Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE) certification required
- Professional school bus driver: $20 per hour (regular), $20.50 per hour (auxiliary), $20.75 per hour (special education)
- School bus attendant: $12.63 per hour
- Customer care specialist: minimum annual salary of $38,137
- Secondary technology aide: minimum annual salary of $28,624
- Food specialist: $12.63 per hour
- Itinerant child nutrition specialist: $12.63 per hour
