Construction is slated to begin June 2 and wrap up by Nov. 3, 2025 on a new Portillo's location in Humble, according to a Nov. 14 filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

Known for its Chicago street food, the fast-casual restaurant offers a menu of Chicago-style hot dogs, Italian beef sandwiches and char-grilled burgers.

According to the filing, the new-build, 6,160-square-foot restaurant will feature indoor and outdoor seating as well as a drive thru.
