Coventry Homes is now selling new houses in New Caney master-planned community The Trails, officials announced in a Nov. 27 news release.

Coventry Homes is offering eight floor plans for homes on 40-foot properties and nine floor plans for homes on 50-foot properties.
The 40-foot property homes:
- Range from 1,507-2,421 square feet
- Are priced from the $250,000s
- Feature island kitchens with ample counter and cabinet space, spacious primary suites, game rooms, and two-car garages
- Range from 1,941-2,789 square feet
- Are priced from the $310,000s
- Feature covered patios, game rooms, mud rooms, island kitchens and three-car garages
