In mid-November, construction is expected to wrap on a 30,000-square-foot office building at the East Montgomery County Improvement District’s Industrial Park, according to Kelley Mattlage, EMCID’s chief communications officer. Construction on this building, which will be located off Megan Way and Gene Campbell Road in New Caney, began in January.

Some of the businesses planning to move into the building are GTX Productions—an event production company—and Elevated Land Solutions, a firm providing land development resources. According to Mattlage, a third tenant is currently negotiating a lease for the rest of the building, and Spring Show Supply, which was planning to lease a space in the building, later opted not to expand.

The leasing process for offices to be housed in the industrial park building will begin in November, Mattlage said, but individual office spaces in the building will still need to be completed. 281-354-4419. www.emctx.com
