In early January, construction began on a new 30,000-square-foot office building at the East Montgomery County Improvement District’s Industrial Park, located near the intersection of FM 1485 West and Gene Campbell Road in New Caney. EMCID leaders did not have an estimate for when construction would be completed as of Jan. 19. One tenant in the new office building will be Spring Show Supply.
