The Hometown Chef hosted a grand opening July 25 to celebrate the opening of its new tasting room in Humble as well as the launch of Black Door Beverage Service.

Owned by Chef Julio Avila and Tiffany Avila, the catering company provides services for both weddings and corporate events with a variety of options for clients to choose from including seated events, buffets, family-style servings, featured carving stations and custom menus.

To pair with The Hometown Chef's cuisine, the recently launched Black Door Beverage Service is staffed by Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission-certified bartenders, according to the company's website.
