Construction on a Rally House at Deerbrook Mall in Humble is scheduled to begin May, according to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing. Rally House is a specialty sports store that sells officially licensed collegiate and professional sports products, including apparel, gifts and home decor. Rally House has more than 170 locations in 17 states. While a projected opening date has not been announced, construction is expected to wrap up in mid-June.
