Kirivuth Sann and his wife became the new owners of Franz Donuts at 22450 Franz Road, Katy, in March, Sann said, adding he hopes to have a grand opening soon. The cafe makes doughnuts and kolaches from scratch, and it serves Columbian coffee. Sann said he remodeled the store and updated the recipes, and he owns two other doughnut shops in Magnolia.
