Oct. 25 Children’s Lighthouse-Katy Cinco Ranch is hosting a scarecrow fall festival. Oct. 26 The city of Katy and Relay for Life are hosting Howl-O-Ween at the Katy Dog Park. Attend a boo bash

Oct. 31 The Lifelong Learning Center, a day center for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, is hosting its third annual Special Needs Boo Bash. Snacks and drinks will be available, and there will be a costume contest.
