North Katy-area ZIP codes overall saw decreased home sales in September. (Asia Armour/Community Impact)

North Katy-area ZIP codes overall saw reduced home sales but consistent home sales prices in September compared to September 2022, according to the latest housing market data collected by real estate broker Charlie Russo.
