The median home sales price decreased in four of the six ZIP codes year over year. ZIP code 77423 saw the largest year-over-year decrease at 6.73%, while ZIP code 77493 saw the largest year-over-year increase at 6.06%.

Meanwhile, ZIP code 77094 had the highest median home sale price at $622,000.
