Steadfast Primary Care, a Katy clinic offering services for preventative care, acute symptoms and chronic illnesses, plans to open a new office at LaCenterra in Cinco Ranch on Dec. 4.

The LaCenterra location will initially open with two providers but has the capacity for three providers as its patient base grows, owner Steve Hardie said via email.

Steadfast Primary Care serves patients from age 5 and older. They offer annual wellness visits, same-day sick visits, chronic care management, sports physicals and medical exams. The clinic also has an on-site phlebotomist to perform blood draws, typically for the administration of COVID-19, flu and strep lab tests.

The office will be open Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.
