What you need to know
Residents can download registration forms on the Harris County website. Forms can be mailed to the Harris County Elections Administrator's Office at P.O. Box 3527 as long as they are signed and mailed by Oct. 10.
Forms can be turned in in-person at any Harris County Clerk's Office Elections Department location from 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
