Virtual learning will take place Feb. 24-26, according to a news release. Students who have opted in for face-to-face instruction will be able to return to campuses March 1.
Teachers will have the option to work remotely or return to campus Feb. 24 but must return in person by Feb. 25. Meanwhile all central office personnel, principals and campus-based staff members are asked to return in person Feb. 24.
The district plans to offer food distribution four times over the next week.
- Feb. 20: 2-5 p.m. at Barnett Stadium
- Feb. 21: 9 a.m.-1 p.m. at NRG Stadium
- Feb. 22: 10 a.m.-1 p.m. at Hattie Mae White administration building
- Feb. 24: 2-6 p.m. at Barnett Stadium
