Sept. 29 is National Coffee Day, and there are many local coffee shops for Houstonians to get their caffeine fix. In fact, world coffee production for 2023-24 is forecast 4.3 million bags higher than the previous year to 174.3 million, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
