More details

The property is designed by a combination of services from Pickard Chilton, an international architectural practice headquartered in Connecticut; ForrestPerkins, a hospitality and multi-residential firm specializing in luxury interior design; and Houston-based KW Landscape Architects.

The exterior facade of the tower will feature floor-to-ceiling glass, a sloped roof and wrap-around balconies. Adrienne Nelson, design principal at Pickard Chilton, said the curvilinear form is inspired by the Buffalo Bayou.

"The tower's form echos the flow of water, with ripples along the facade that pull back to reveal terraces with unobstructed views," he said.

According to the news release, the interior design of homes will incorporate rich materials, inviting finishes and furnishings, artwork and well-appointed entertainment spaces. Colletta Conner, managing principal at ForrestPerkins, said inspiration was taken from Houston's rich oil history with the use of rich bronze and gold colors.
