The overview
Called The St. Regis Residences, the project will be built on 4 acres of land at 100 Asbury Place, Houston. It will be the brand's first exclusively standalone residential development in Texas, according to a Dec. 6 news release.
In the release, officials touted the site's proximity to Memorial Park as well as the Bayou Bend Collection and Gardens. Condo owners will have private access to future Buffalo Bayou trails that will run along the south side of the site.

The details
Planned amenities include a swimming pool, a fitness center and movement studio, wellness services, a cognac room with wine storage, a golf simulator, a children's activity center, a pet spa, a boardroom, and a business center. Owners will also receive butler services, a full-time concierge, a door attendant and valet parking.
Looking ahead
Groundbreaking will take place in 2025, and the project is slated for completion in the fourth quarter of 2027. Details on the number of residences and square footage will be released with the start of presales in the first quarter of 2024, according to a project spokesperson.
