Officials with the Harris County Housing and Community Services Department said low-income housing development The Residences at Arbor Oaks is underway and projected to be completed by February 2023. Located at 13101 Jones Road, Cypress, the multifamily housing project will provide 192 total units to the area. 713-669-4572. www.hchatexas.org
