Empower Pharmacy celebrated a grand opening Aug. 26 for its new $55 million pharmacy at 7601 N. Beltway 8 W., Houston. Though the facility has commenced operations, it will not be officially open to the public until later in the year, officials said. Empower offers an expansive compounded drug formulary across multiple areas of treatment.
“This innovative facility, combined with our more than 500 dedicated employees, enables us to increase our operational capacity, allowing us to prepare thousands of custom prescriptions each day for millions of patients across the country,” Empower Pharmacy CEO Shaun Noorian said in a statement.
