Mardi Gras Festival and Parade
The annual Mardi Gras Festival and Parade at Kingwood Town Center Park will kick off with live zydeco music, vendors, Cajun food and a gumbo cook-off followed by a community parade that starts at 2 p.m.

Celebrate Louisiana-style with Mardi Gras parades and meet musicians from The Woodlands Symphony Orchestra’s Brass Ensemble as they perform traditional New Orleans-style jazz with modern hip hop. The dance continues at the Mardi Gras Boogie Bash. Cap off the festivities with a slice of Montgomery Bakehouse king cake upon exiting.
