The Harris County Emergency Services District No. 9 board of commissioners is slated to discuss Station 17 construction matters, and the fiscal year 2026-27 budget during a Sept. 17 special meeting.

Harris County ESD 9 serves as a political subdivision and taxing entity that supports fire suppression and emergency medical service operations for the Cy-Fair Fire Department.
The board of commissioners will meet with Durotech and Martinez Architects to discuss bid numbers and proposals to be presented during the September regular meeting construction updates, Martinez Architects officials said during the Aug. 27 meeting.
The board of commissioners are slated to receive presentations from Population and Survey Analysts and HdL Companies pertaining to the fiscal year 2026-27 budget.
