Johnson Land Ventures has named its new Houston community Everly, located along the Grand Parkway off of Hopfe Road in northwest Harris County, according to a March 25 news release.

What to know

The new 318-acre community will have approximately 1,000 homes, with 308 homes by builders Drees Custom Homes, Perry Homes and Westin Homes in its first phase. Pricing has not yet been determined but the community will have 11 acres of amenities with an amenity complex, according to the news release.

“Everly will embrace the idea of ‘home,’ with a landscape that evokes a timeless charm and profound sense of contentment,” Michael Cox, president of Johnson Land Ventures, said via news release. “Adding to the appeal of Everly is its location near major employment centers, the Grand Parkway and Mueschke Road.”

What's next

A grand opening for the community is currently slated for spring 2026. Everly's amenity complex is anticipated to open in 2026.
