Officials with Howard Hughes Holdings announced in a July 22 news release several businesses set to open in Bridgeland's new 70-acre development center, Village Green, during the second quarter of 2025.

Village Green is the initial phase of the future 925-acre urban district known as Bridgeland Central, according to the release.

The first businesses announced to join Village Green according to the release include:Per the release, Jonathan’s The Rub will feature a casual, elegant 5,500-square-foot restaurant with a dining room, bar and an additional 2,600 square feet with two outdoor patios as well as American cuisine.

Sweet Paris Creperie & Café and Crust Pizza Co. will each occupy 2,600 square feet; Venetian Nail Spa will occupy 3,000 square feet; Teal Poppy will occupy 2,500 square feet; and Gelato & Co will occupy over 1,200 square feet.


Additionally, H-E-B is slated to open a 100,000-square-foot location in the shopping center by the end of the year as well as a mass timber office, One Bridgeland Green, which broke ground in May 2024 and is scheduled to open in the summer of 2025.
