Elevate—a clothing store—will be opening in a 2,580-square-foot space in Willowbrook Plaza, plaza management confirmed Sept. 20.

The plaza is owned by Miami-based developer MGold Properties, which has welcomed almost one dozen tenants at the outdoor shopping space since the beginning of 2023.
