Cafe franchise Coco Crepes & Coffee's newest location in Elyson began its soft opening Nov. 2 ahead of plans for a grand opening later in November, owner Gianna Gozzo confirmed.

"This location is especially exciting for us because we’ve put a lot of thought into creating a space that feels fresh, welcoming, and unique to Elyson while still keeping everything people love about Coco," Gozzo said in an email.
