Fred Astaire Dance Studio is opening a new dance studio for youth at 25250 Hwy. 290, Cypress. The studio offers ballroom and Latin dance lessons and is now expanding to offer programming for kids and teens. These lessons require no prior experience, and the program provides an opportunity for adolescents to have fun, exercise, express themselves, socialize, perform and compete if they choose to do so, officials said.
