J. Patrick Homes to add 70-foot homesites to The Woodlands Hills in Conroe

Officials with The Woodlands Hills, a 2,000-acre master-planned community in Conroe, announced J. Patrick Homes as the ninth homebuilder for the development, according to an Oct. 3 news release.

The details

The homebuilder will add its 70-foot-wide homesites, and construction will begin on the first five 70-foot model homes, located at Teralyn Grove Loop, Conroe, in October, according to the release.

J. Patrick Homes specializes in customized homes, and according to the release, The Woodlands Hills homes will:

• Be one- to two-story homes
• Have 24 floor plans
• Range from 2,802 square feet to 4,600 square feet
• Start at $590,000

The homebuilder joins Brightland Homes, Century Communities, Chesmar Homes, David Weekley Homes, Highland Homes, Perry Homes, Ravenna Homes and Westin Homes in The Woodlands Hills.
