The Woodlands Hills will celebrate its fifth anniversary with a free family-friendly event July 22 from 3-8 p.m. at 1460 North Teralyn Hills Drive, Conroe.

The Woodlands Hills is a 2,000-acre master-planned community in Conroe and Willis that launched in July 2018. The community, developed by The Howard Hughes Corp., will feature approximately 112 acres of open space and 20 parks at build-out. Six existing parks are located in the community, and home prices begin in the low $300,000s with one-, one-and-a-half- and two-story options.

“We are proud to mark the fifth anniversary of The Woodlands Hills and all that it has become,” said Steve Sams, senior vice president of master-planned communities, residential in the Houston Region for The Howard Hughes Corporation, in a June 2 news release. “Whether you are seeking a new home or simply want to help us celebrate our wonderful community, we invite you to join us and enjoy our anniversary event.”

The anniversary celebration held at The Activity Center at Founders Park will include live music, a rock climbing wall, inflatables, games, balloon artists, food trucks and more. Attendees will also be able to tour 15 furnished model homes with a chance to win one of two $1,000 gift cards and door prizes.
