Mackenzie Creek, a new single-family community in Conroe, has sold the 189 lots in its first section, and Section 2 opened Feb. 1 with approximately 125 more lots, according to Legend Homes. The community features a pool and park, and homes include raised ceilings, vinyl plank flooring and energy-efficient features. Mackenzie Creek includes homes starting in the $220,000s and is located at 3228 Tavo Ridge Drive, Conroe.
