Montgomery County recorded 92 new cases of coronavirus from June 19-22, according to a daily update from the county public health district and emergency management office. This is the highest number of new cases the county has reported; however, the county does not report new cases on weekends. The seven-day new case average June 22 is also the county's highest.

The number of active cases has increased from 604 to 619 in that same time frame.

Of the 619 active cases who are Montgomery County residents, 15 are in the hospital. Of the active cases, 37 are detainees at the Montgomery County Processing Center, according to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Immigration and Customs Enforcement.


Meanwhile, 994 people have fully recovered.
