Houston Restaurant Weeks, which raises money for the Houston Food Bank, is back Aug. 1-Sept. 2. Nearly 140 restaurants are already signed up to participate, and more will join in the coming weeks. Participating restaurants will serve specially priced, multicourse prix fixe menus that include brunch, lunch and dinner. Out of each brunch or lunch, $3 from every $20 will generate nine meals at the food bank, while $5 and $7 from every $35 and $45 dinner will generate 15 and 21 meals, respectively.
