The fourth location of On the Kirb will open this summer near Greenway Plaza. The organic eatery and sports bar opened its latest restaurant in Katy in 2022. With other locations in Midtown and Kirby Drive, the Greenway Plaza location will be the newest addition, replacing the former Valencia's Tex Mex Garage spot.

On the Kirb offers a selection of healthy, organic menu choices that include grass-fed filet mignon, wild-caught salmon filet and sous vide chicken, along with classic sports bar options such as chips and queso, wings, nachos, burgers and tacos.

According to the business' website, all food items are made with fresh local produce, organic meats and fresh dairy.
