Health enthusiasts will have a new juice and smoothie shop in West University Place's Plaza in the Park shopping center.
The Pure Green juice bar owner Fernando Vizcaino said in an email that he anticipates opening before the end of May.
"I am still seven to eight weeks away from opening," Vizcaino said.
On the menu
Guests can choose from superfood smoothies and snacks; cold-pressed juices and shots; acai bowls and a variety of flavored toasts.
According to its website, Pure Green also offer juice cleanses, or a combination of cold-pressed juices that guests eat throughout the day until dinner.
