Chef Ho Chee Boon—the Michelin-starred chef behind the modern Cantonese restaurant Empress by Boon in California—will launch a new Chinese eatery called MoLiHua in the Blossom Hotel Houston in early 2024. The name MoLiHua translates to "jasmine" in Chinese. It will be the first dining concept to open in Blossom, where it will be located on the second floor. The eatery will serve sushi, dim sum and various desserts.

Boon previously announced plans for two other concepts he is bringing to the hotel, including the Cantonese-inspired Duck House by Boon.
