Fashion designer Ukonwa Ojo announced Nov. 11 the formal launch of Ada & Edith, a Houston-based style-driven womenswear brand.

Ukonwa Ojo is a Houston-based designer and the former Chief Global Marketing Officer for M.A.C Cosmetics. According to the Nov. 11 news release, Ojo established Ada & Edith in January but the launch of the Fall/Winter 2024 Collection officially marked the company's debut.

The collection features eight highly curated pieces made from Italian fabrics and expert tailoring. Ojo said her brand aims to empower women to easily incorporate high fashion into their everyday lives without sacrificing function or comfort.

The Fall/Winter 2024 collection features timeless pieces and tailored silhouettes, including new arrivals such as the Jos Cape in green and black, the Sebastian shirt in white, the Brera mini dress in pink and a Manhattan vegan leather skirt in brown.

According to the release, Ada & Edith's designs are made in Italy from the highest quality Italian fabrics and every style comes in three sizes, including small to medium, medium to large, and extra large to XXL. Prices range from $200 to $500.
