Offering a curated selection of shoes, apparel and accessories, the well-known retail chain Shoe Palace will open a new location in Houston near Meyerland late this year.
The gist
A project filing by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation shows that the retailer will take over an existing leased space in the Fondren Market Place. The $280,000 project entails renovating a roughly 6,673-square-foot space, including retail fixtures and finishes, electrical, mechanical and plumbing work.
Construction is slated to occur Sept. 29 -Dec. 1.
