While more homes were sold overall in February compared to the same month last year, most ZIP codes saw slight declines.
Meanwhile, most of the area's ZIP codes saw increases in the median sales price of houses, with one seeing a nearly 42% increase.
Four of the area's five ZIP codes saw increases in the number of median days a home sat on a market. Three of those ZIP codes saw changes totaling more than 100%.
The majority of homes sold in the Bay Area in February fell between $200,000 and $399,999.
