The Galveston County North County Annex at 174 Calder Road, League City, is undergoing renovations. The annex houses the tax office, county clerk’s office, district clerk’s office, justice of the peace, Precinct 4 and the Precinct 4 constable. Polish restaurant Pierogi Queen closed on May 20. The restaurant at 2047 W. Main St., Ste. A8, League City, served European cuisine such as pierogies, or Polish dumplings; sausage sandwiches; and other simple Polish foods.
