Fuji Ramen & Bar officially opened its doors Dec. 26. The new Japanese restaurant is located at 2451 Gulf Freeway, Ste. 100, League City. The menu includes dishes such as edamame, cheesy kimchi pancakes, California rolls, creamy chicken ramen, beef ramen and crab meat puffs.
